What if... reversing the ratio?
What if we made it a point to reverse the ratio of fear-to-understanding?
At Basecamp, we are betting on a post-pandemic future in which schools will see more change, more quickly—not less change, and not slower change.
Fear of change is an irreducible fact. And because fear blinds people, efforts at fostering an evolution often stall.
On the other hand, if we help our people to accept the fear, to recognize it, to work with it…
Blindness will become new sight.
New sight will enable new belief.
And new belief will enable new ideas and new actions.
