What if... alignment?

What if we took this moment to align around:

  • Naming the frameworks we use for making decisions—instead of assuming that we are on the same page?

  • Matching decision-making frameworks to problems—instead of defaulting to what we typically do?

  • Communicating decision-making processes and results—instead of letting our constituents fill in the blanks with their own narratives?

A team of average talents who are 100% aligned will almost always outperform a team of exceptional talents who are misaligned.

In the age of COVID-19, can anyone afford the latter?
