What if... sunk costs?

What if everyone in a school made a weekly list of things that used to make sense, but that might be crowding out room for better things?

And if we treated even a few of these old "investments" as "sunk costs," what new resources--attention, time, energy, enthusiasm, money--would we have to improve our school?

Each Wednesday we share a "what if" scenario. These are not suggestions as much as provocations.

If you have a "what if" scenario you would like to share, just send an email (and indicate whether you would like it attributed it to you).
