What if... sunk costs?
What if everyone in a school made a weekly list of things that used to make sense, but that might be crowding out room for better things?
And if we treated even a few of these old "investments" as "sunk costs," what new resources--attention, time, energy, enthusiasm, money--would we have to improve our school?
