What if... mapping to pace layers?

What if we took our favorite top 10 skills list, our school’s profile of a successful graduate, and any other skills, character traits, and competencies that float around our curriculum, and mapped them to the pace layer model?

What would we discover about what we say matters most to us?

What would we discover about where we are actually spending the most time, day to day, in developing students?

This is the most formational period of their lives. Don’t we owe it to them to have a clear mental model of the various layers of that formation?
