Head Down or Head Up?

This COVID-19 moment continues to present us with a choice:

Head Down + Survive vs. Head Up + Thrive.

  • Head Down

    • What do we see? What we have always seen.

    • What do we do? Preserve the status quo.

    • Net result: We position ourselves to survive.

  • Head Up

    • What do we see? The future coming at us.

    • What do we do? Create the next status quo.

    • Net result: We position ourselves to thrive.
