What if… designing for slack?

What if we designed slack into our organization’s system?

What if we used that slack to create regular opportunities to slow ourselves down so that we don’t die from starvation.

For better or worse, COVID-19 has offered us a window to do things that weren’t possible before. Now is the time to design slack into your system.

Step 1: Create space by sunsetting programs, routines, and processes that no longer serve you.
