What if... unrigging the game?

What if we unrigged the game of school by abandoning the bell curve?

What if, instead, we could see each student not as a number but rather as a uniquely talented person capable of extraordinary things?

What if we, the adults, were to accept responsibility for creating the conditions for that unique talent to flourish?

…Which is to say, what if we saw ourselves as gardeners rather than manufacturers?
