What if... strengths-based schools?

What if we redesigned school around asking what is right with students, rather than what we need to fix about them?

What if every student had language for his natural strengths?

What if he knew when to use those strengths to add exceptional value to his own learning and to the learning of others?

And what if he knew when he needed to develop “table stakes” strengths in other areas, given the demands of life?

Each Wednesday we share a “what if” scenario. Consider it a provocation rather than a suggestion.
