What if... teacher as HR Director?

What if teachers thought of themselves more as HR Directors than "instructors"?

As Diane Gherson, IBM's Chief HR Officer, has said, the modern HR Director must design employee experiences that account for the fact that "[W]ork will be highly collaborative, iterative and performed by teams that can assemble and dis-assemble quickly, responding in real time to external and internal signals. So, work will need to be co-located in agile workplaces."

Each Wednesday we share a "what if" scenario. These are not suggestions as much as provocations.

If you have a "what if" scenario you would like to share, just send an email (and indicate whether you would like it attributed it to you).
