School DNA
Over the last several years I have learned that true innovation in schools is not a function of the latest technology or imaginative programming. Innovation in a school sticks when it is an expression of three things:
- a timeless Mission
- a timely Vision
- an intentional Culture
Naturally I'm curious: How many people who work in schools have a firm grasp of their school's Mission, Vision, and Culture?
If you work in a school, please take 45 seconds to complete this School DNA survey. (It really takes less than 1 minute.)
If you know someone who works in a school, would you forward this to them?
I'll share results on this blog after I have collected a critical mass of responses.
Thank you in advance for taking 45 seconds to provide (or secure) a response that will help build a picture of the DNA of school innovation.
