What if... designing recruitment?
What if the future of learning were reflected in how schools hire?
What if recruitment strategies were as human-centered as the design process? What if we requested application materials that reflect the singularity and the diversity of the people we are trying to understand and to recruit to move our schools forward?
For example, what if we asked people to share a picture instead of a thousand words?
