Signals (previously known as Re:frame + Re:charge) is a workshop on the future of leadership and learning. Basecamp and FutureSculpt collaborate on the design and delivery of the experience.

First we reframe our understanding of how virtual reality and other immersive technologies will change the way great learning happens. Then we recharge our leadership powers by exploring the places where our strengths and sense of mission intersect.

Cohorts are limited to 18 people. Half are leaders from education, half are leaders from industry. We design the attendance of each cohort for pluralism (i.e., optimal diversity + inclusion).

Basecamp & FutureSculpt also collaborate on the Signals blog, which provides insights about the future of learning and work.
