What if... designing for disruption?

What if our systems were designed for disruption because we:

  • have “pioneers” exploring the signals at the edge, who share their successful learnings with…

  • “settlers” who create proof points for those learnings and then share that proof with…

  • “town planners” who make those learning highly efficient and maximally effective?

The only way to survive disruption is to design your system to disrupt itself.

That only works when your method for disrupting yourself is healthy and creative, not dysfunctional and corrosive.

Each Wednesday we share a “what if” scenario. Consider it a provocation rather than a suggestion.
